By purchasing a ticket for or participating in any Competitive or Training Event(s) organized by James Linton and Uncle MMA (the “Organizers”), you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical training, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, death, or loss of any kind. You acknowledge and accept that participation in such activities inherently involves physical exertion and possible injury.
Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to attend the Competitive or Training Event(s), you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless James Linton, Uncle MMA, their employees, agents, representatives, and affiliated entities from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities, including but not limited to negligence, arising from your participation in the Competitive or Training Event(s). This release extends to any and all damages, injuries (physical, emotional, or otherwise), or losses you may suffer, whether foreseen or unforeseen, including but not limited to medical expenses, loss of income, and other costs associated with participation.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless James Linton, Uncle MMA, and their personnel from any and all claims, damages, or costs, including legal fees, brought by third parties as a result of your actions or omissions during the Competitive or Training Event(s).
Fitness Confirmation: By attending the Competitive or Training Event(s), you represent and warrant that you are in good physical condition, are medically fit to participate in strenuous activities, and will follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided during the Competitive or Training Event(s). You understand that failure to comply with instructions may result in your dismissal from the event without refund or recourse.
Use of Likeness: You grant the Organizers the irrevocable right to use any photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the Competitive or Training Event(s) for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation or further notice.
Severability: If any portion of this disclaimer is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from the remainder of this agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Competitive or Training Event(s), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this disclaimer. You expressly waive any right to bring any action or claim against James Linton, Uncle MMA, or any related entity or individual in any jurisdiction for any matter arising out of your participation in the Competitive or Training Event(s).
